El AMTG-2 Medidor Magnético de Espesor es un calibrador de espesores portátil. Se utiliza para medir el espesor de materiales no magnéticos, tales como plástico, vidrio, aluminio, titanio, cobre, etc. La precisión de la medición no se ve afectada por la forma de las muestras.
Está diseñado utilizando el principio del efecto Hall. Se obtiene una medición sencilla y precisa siguiendo los siguientes pasos:
- Coloque la esfera metálica a un lado de la muestra y la sonda en el lado opuesto
- Move the sample so the probe and ball are in the desired testing position.
- The steel ball will be drawn to the probe through magnetism, automatically.
- El sensor de efecto Hall en la sonda mide la distancia entre la punta de la sonda y la bola de acero.
- La medición se muestra en la pantalla táctil.
