AT2E’s ADAITS Online Automated Integrated Tester for Bottled Beverage is a fully automatic quality control system specially developed for bottled beverages. The ADAITS system consists of several different testing modules which can be integrated to test torque, weight, application angle, secure seal performance, inner-pressure, top load, etc. Testing modules can be added and combined as necessary according to test requirements. Fully automatic testing provides data for instant analysis and the entire testing process is free of human intervention, eliminating operator influence while providing accurate, reproducible results.

The system can be installed on the production line with automatic sampling or installed in the laboratory as a semi-automatic quality control system, providing flexible solutions for quality control management.
