Measurement Principle

The AMVT-1 operates by testing the sealing performance of samples through vacuum difference detection. The sample is placed in a test chamber where the instrument generates a vacuum to achieve a target level. This vacuum is maintained for a predefined period, during which the difference in vacuum within the chamber is continuously monitored. The maximum vacuum difference is compared against a preset threshold to automatically determine the sealing performance of the sample under vacuum conditions.
